Research Use & Compliance Policy

Eon Research is a supplier of analytical-grade biochemical reference standards for laboratory and analytical research. This page describes how our products are positioned, labeled, sold, and shipped, and the conditions every buyer agrees to.

Research Use Only (RUO). All products are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical method development. They are not for human consumption, are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Product positioning (MCC 5169)

Products are analytical-grade biochemical reference standards supplied as lyophilized powder.
Intended use is in-vitro research and analytical method development only.
Sold only to qualified academic, biotech, contract research organizations (CROs), and laboratory buyers.
Not intended for human or animal consumption, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, food, drug, or cosmetic use.
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reporting identity, ≥99% HPLC purity, and mass-spectrometry confirmation is provided for every batch.

Age verification (age-gate)

Access to this site and the ability to place an order require age verification. You must be at least 21 years of age. Our age-gate requires every visitor to confirm they are 21 or older and a qualified researcher before browsing the catalog or checking out. We do not knowingly sell to minors.

Certificate of Analysis

Every lot is third-party tested and ships with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Certificates of Analysis document the compound identity, purity (≥99% by HPLC), and mass-spectrometry confirmation for the specific batch supplied. View a representative sample Certificate of Analysis.

Shipping & labeling

Orders ship labeled as research materials — not for human consumption. Outer packaging and the shipping label clearly identify the contents as laboratory research reference materials. View a sample shipping label. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Buyer agreement

By purchasing from Eon Research, the buyer affirms that all products are acquired strictly for research use only, that they are not intended for human or animal consumption, and that the buyer is a qualified researcher at least 21 years of age. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all compounds and agrees to indemnify and hold Eon Research harmless from any claim arising from misuse.
