How Eon Research text messages work, what you'll get, and how to stop them.

The program
Eon Research texts come in two lists, and you choose each one separately: order updates and deals and launch codes. You join by checking a box at checkout, on your account page or at eonbio.io/texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Order updates
One text at each step of an order you placed: when it's reserved and payment is due, a final notice if payment hasn't arrived after 24 hours, when payment is received, when it ships with tracking, and if an order goes unpaid for 7 days and is released.
Deals and launch codes
Recurring automated marketing texts about sales, new arrivals, restocks and discount codes, some with a picture. Message frequency varies. We send at most one a day, between 9 AM and 8 PM in your time zone.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Eon Research doesn't charge for texts.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help, or email support@eonresearch.bio. Reply STOP to any text to stop that list; you'll get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START or UNSTOP to start again. You can also turn either list on or off on your account page.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the texts you chose. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
