Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
Packaging & Handling
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Research materials are shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging when required.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. We will assist with tracking inquiries and carrier claims where possible.
International Shipping
At this time, EON Research ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
