Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research-use products, all sales are generally final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact orders@eon.bio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Opened, used, or improperly stored items are not eligible for return/refund.

Carrier delays are outside our control; we will assist with tracking and claims where possible.
